IMTECH Recruitment: Senior Project Associate Post for M.Pharm, MSc, and Pharm.D Candidates

The Institute of Microbial Technology (IMTECH), a CSIR national laboratory, is looking for a Senior Project Associate to join a research project. The project is titled “A comprehensive approach to addressing antimicrobial resistance (AMR)” and is a single-post vacancy.
The position offers a monthly salary of ₹42,000 plus House Rent Allowance (HRA) and has a last application date of September 2, 2025.
Eligibility and Experience
- Educational Qualifications:
- A Master’s or Integrated Master’s degree in Natural, Agricultural, or Pharmaceutical Sciences, which includes M.Pharm, MSc, and Pharm.D degrees.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Medicine is also eligible.
- A Doctoral Degree in Science, Pharma, MD, or MS is also acceptable.
- Experience:
- Candidates with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree need 3 years of experience in research and development.
- Those with a Doctoral Degree need 2 years of experience.
- Desirable Experience: Candidates with experience in handling clinical strains in BSL-2/3 labs, cloning, protein expression and purification, and molecular docking will be given preference.
- Age Limit: The upper age limit is 40 years. Age relaxation is provided for reserved categories as per government rules.
