Eligibility and Experience

Key Responsibilities
The role involves a wide range of responsibilities focused on managing retail pharmacy operations. These include:
- Sales & Collection: Achieving sales targets and ensuring timely cash collection.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring SOPs are followed.
- Business Development: Identifying growth opportunities and overseeing new store setups.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Monitoring staff performance, training new employees, and maintaining team morale.
- Customer Service: Ensuring high-quality service and resolving customer complaints.
