Job Role and Responsibilities

This is an office-based role focused on ensuring the accuracy and compliance of drug safety reporting. The key responsibilities include:

Book-in and Data Entry: Accurately booking and entering individual case safety reports (ICSRs) into safety databases within specified timelines.
Compliance: Ensuring all processes adhere to regulatory guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal quality standards for pharmacovigilance.
Coding: Accurately selecting events, performing MedDRA coding, and writing detailed case narratives.
Follow-Up: Raising follow-up queries to gather any missing information or clarify discrepancies.

Experience: The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the book-in and data entry of ICSRs.
