
Kenvue, the home of iconic brands like NEUTROGENA, AVEENO, and LISTERINE, is seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Executive (Cosmetic) for its team in Greater Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role is pivotal in ensuring the regulatory compliance, speedy registration, and successful market execution of products within the Skin Health and Essential Health portfolios in India.
The successful candidate will be a regulatory expert with a strong background in the Indian cosmetics and commodities domain, capable of navigating complex regulatory environments and ensuring “right first-time” submissions. The application deadline for this position is October 20, 2025.
Key Role Functions
The Regulatory Affairs Executive will be responsible for providing regulatory expertise and compliance across all phases of the product lifecycle:
- Regulatory Submissions: Providing on-time regulatory support for existing and upcoming projects, ensuring right first-time dossier submission, and achieving speedy product registrations.
- Compliance & Audits: Maintaining regulatory compliance for flawless execution, ensuring no critical regulatory findings in internal or external audits, and complying with both external regulatory requirements and internal systems.
- Artwork and Claims Approval: Timely approval of artworks and claims/promotional materials for the Skin Health and Essential Health portfolios, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Query Management: Ensuring timely responses to regulatory queries from bodies including CDSCO, State Drug Control offices, and ASCI.
- Policy Shaping: Staying updated on current regulatory changes in various markets (OTC, Cosmetics policies/regulations) and using this knowledge to support local policy and relation shaping.
Candidate Requirements
Kenvue is seeking highly specialized candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Qualification: Master’s in Pharmacy / Science with a PG Diploma or certification in Regulatory Affairs.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 to 7 Years of specific experience in the Indian cosmetics and commodities regulatory domain.
- Location: Maharashtra, Greater Mumbai.
- Skills: Adequate regulatory and technical knowledge in the relevant product portfolios, strong law interpretation skills, effective interpersonal skills, high adaptability, and strong work ethics.
- Added Advantage (Not Mandatory): Experience in Drugs (including NPPA related work) and Medical devices regulations will be considered an asset.
