Role Overview: Data Integrity and Protocol Management

This position is designed for an established, productive individual contributor who will manage and oversee moderately complex clinical data projects. The specialist acts as the guardian of data integrity, focusing on compliance and consistency from study design through final reporting.

Core Responsibilities:

Study Design and Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the design, documentation, testing, and implementation of clinical data collection studies and subsequent database reviews.
Protocol & CRF Management: Provide early strategic input into protocol design with a focus on data management issues. Manage data management issues by reviewing protocols for cross-project consistency and identifying standard Case Report Form (CRF) modules.
Data Quality and Validation: Develop and execute comprehensive data quality plans. Review and resolve data discrepancies using standardized validation systems and procedures.
Analysis and Reporting: Develop systems for organizing data to analyze, identify, and report data and trends. Prepare reports of clinical trial studies for internal and cross-validation studies.
Project Autonomy: Work independently with general supervision on assigned projects, contributing significantly to the completion of project milestones. May also provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals.
