Essential Educational Qualifications (Focus on D.Pharm Candidates)
Applicants must meet one of the following minimum criteria, with a minimum of 55% marks:
- Class 10th with a 3-year Diploma in Pharmacy / Physiotherapy.
- 10+2 with a 2-year Diploma in Pharmacy / Physiotherapy.
Note for D.Pharm Candidates: Candidates holding a 2-year or 3-year Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) are directly eligible to apply, provided they meet the minimum mark requirement.
Desirable Experience
Candidates with experience working in Hospitals / Health Centres operated by a reputable residential educational institution will be preferred.

Selection Process
The recruitment process will involve the following stages:
- Preliminary Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their essential qualifications and relevant experience mentioned in the advertisement.
- Recruitment Tests: Shortlisted candidates will be called for recruitment test(s), which may include a Written Test and a Trade Test/Computer Proficiency Test, as determined by the Institute.
- The institute reserves the right to limit the number of candidates called for the selection process.
General Conditions & Relaxation
- Age Relaxation: Permissible for SC, OBC-NCL, and PwD candidates as per Government of India norms. Regular employees of IITs/NITs/CFTIs etc., with at least three years of service, may receive a 5-year relaxation.
- Reservation: The Institute strictly follows GOI norms for reservation applicable to SC, OBC-NCL, and EWS categories. Candidates claiming reservation must submit valid certificates in the prescribed Central Govt. format, issued before the closing date.
