💻 Key Responsibilities: Ensuring Execution Quality

The Execution QA Specialist will be responsible for comprehensively reviewing and validating every aspect of digital campaign deployment through SFMC, acting as a critical checkpoint before execution.

  • Campaign QA Execution: Perform thorough quality assurance checks on the overall email build, rendering quality, metadata, and Content Matrices accuracy.
  • Segmentation & Data Validation: Meticulously review Subscriber segmentation and oversee the subscriber data import process, including validation of Data Extension configurations for dynamic content and personalization.
  • Journey Configuration: Scrutinize Journey Builder configurations and deployment settings, including subject lines, audience selection, and scheduling settings, to ensure accuracy and intended reach.
  • Deviation Management: Communicate and escalate all inconsistencies or discrepancies observed during the review process to Campaign Managers and Deployment teams for timely correction.
  • Testing Approach Development: Collaborate with Campaign Managers to understand key campaign parameters (audience, frequency, personalization) and develop appropriate, execution-specific testing approaches.
  • Documentation: Maintain continuous updating of all QA documentation, automated tools, and other resources to standardize quality processes.

🛠️ Desired Profile and Technical Skills

Candidates must possess a strong technical background in digital marketing technology, specific to the Salesforce ecosystem, and an understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape.

Required Technical Expertise

  • SFMC Proficiency: Strong, hands-on understanding and experience with core SFMC modules, including Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, SMS, and Web Studio.
  • Coding/Query Languages: Proficiency in foundational web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for reviewing email builds, and good knowledge of SQL or other query languages for performing data validation and segmentation checks.
  • Testing Tools: Proficiency in using industry-standard testing tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid for verifying email rendering across various clients and devices.
  • Compliance: Familiarity with data protection regulations, particularly GDPR, is essential.

Soft Skills & Industry Knowledge

  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities to identify complex data and configuration errors.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across geographically dispersed, matrixed teams (Production, QA, QC).
  • Industry Context: A good understanding of the pharmaceutical commercial data landscape and associated commercial processes is highly advantageous.
  • Future Readiness: Familiarity with and adaptability to new-generation technologies and trends like Generative AI (Gen AI) and Agentic AI is a significant added advantage.
