Aragen Life Sciences, a premier global R&D and manufacturing partner, has announced multiple job openings for experienced scientific professionals. These roles are focused on Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) and Biology Solutions, supporting early-stage drug discovery and development of New Molecular Entities (NMEs).

The positions are based at Aragen’s state-of-the-art facility in Hyderabad, Telangana, and cater to specialists in Bioanalysis, Rodent Pharmacokinetics, and Invitro ADME.

Open Positions and Specialized Requirements

1. Bioanalysis (Research Associate / Sr. Research Associate / Associate Scientist)

Experience: 3 – 9 Years.
Qualification: Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Analytical Chemistry.
Key Skills: Expertise in LC-MS/MS method development and validation, sample preparation optimization, and bioanalytical support for ADME PK assays. Candidates should have a strong grasp of chromatography and mass spectrometry.

2. Rodent Pharmacokinetics (Research Associate / Sr. Research Associate)

Experience: 4 – 7 Years.
Qualification: Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Sciences (Pharmacology & Toxicology).
Key Skills: Hands-on experience in animal handling (rodents), dosing techniques (IV, PO, SC, IP), and serial sampling. Proficiency in surgical procedures like catheterization (Jugular/Femoral vein) and knowledge of CPCSEA/AAALAC guidelines is essential.

3. Invitro ADME (Research Associate / Associate Scientist)

Experience: 2 – 7 Years.
Qualification: Master’s in Pharmacy, Biotech, Biochemistry, or a PhD in a relevant field.
Key Skills: Design and execution of ADME assays, including Caco-2 permeability studies, CYP Induction, and Transporter assays. Experience with advanced models like Spheroids, Organoids, and Organ-on-Chip will be highly regarded.
