Open Positions & Requirements

Mankind Pharma is seeking candidates for two primary departments. Below are the specific details for each role:

1. Production Department (Chemist / Officers)

Experience: 0 – 3 Years (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry)
Core Responsibilities:
- Hands-on exposure to API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) manufacturing.
- Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.
- Handling production equipment and managing manpower on the shop floor.
- Verification of production areas and raw material dispensing.

2. Quality Control Department (Officers / Executive)

Experience: 1 – 5 Years (Specific focus on LCMS operation)
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm, B.Sc., or M.Sc.
Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in HPLC and GC using Empower software.
- Experience with UV, FTIR, Polarimeter, KFT, and pH balances.
- Advanced instrumentation knowledge: Malvern PSD and PXRD.
- Strong understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
