The final merit list will be prepared based on a total of 100 points:

1. Educational Qualification (65%): Weighted marks from your B.Pharma/D.Pharma degree.
2. Experience (Max 10 Marks): 02 marks provided for every full year of experience in Government institutions.
3. Skill Test (20 Marks): Candidates (up to 10 times the number of posts) will be called for a skill test.
4. Naxal Victim Bonus (05 Marks): For candidates with valid certification from competent authorities.
