- ITI
- 12th Standard (Must be from the Science stream)
- Requirement: Looking for immediate joiners only.
Career Path & Progression
- Phase 1 (Training): Selected candidates will undergo specialized training at the Center of Excellence (CoE) in Indore.
- Phase 2 (Placement): Upon successful completion and evaluation of skills, candidates will be absorbed into permanent roles at various Ipca manufacturing locations based on organizational needs and individual compatibility.
Key Responsibilities in Quality Control (Trainee Level)
As a QC Trainee, you will be introduced to the following core pharmaceutical functions:
- Sampling: Collecting raw materials and finished products for testing.
- Basic Analysis: Learning to perform pH testing, moisture analysis, and visual inspections.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate logs and records as per Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Safety Compliance: Following strict safety protocols within a laboratory environment.
