The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati is inviting applications for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF-GATE) position within the Centre for Nanotechnology. The selected candidate will work on a high-impact project titled “Development of Transparent Polyfluorinated Polyimide Films for Space Applications.”
- Post Name: JRF-GATE (01 Post)
- Fellowship: ₹37,000 + 16% HRA + Medical Facilities (For GATE/NET qualified)
- Note: Candidates without GATE/NET will receive ₹15,000 + HRA.
- Duration: 89 Days (Short-term project assignment).
- Eligibility: Post Graduate degree in Basic Science (M.Sc. Chemistry/Organic/Inorganic preferred) or Graduate/PG in a Professional Course.
- Selection Criteria: Scholars must have cleared CSIR-UGC NET or GATE, or similar national-level exams conducted by agencies like DST, DBT, DRDO, or ISRO.
