1. Senior Leadership & Management
- Manager (Zoology/IP): Requires a PhD in Science (Zoology) with 5 years of experience. Focuses on Intellectual Property (IP) Management and validation of herbal crop protection technologies.
- Principal Associate (MBA): Requires 6 years of experience in innovation management and rural field work.
2. Agricultural & Biological Sciences
- Principal Associate (Genetics/Plant Breeding): Focuses on farmer innovations, conducting On-Farm Trials (OFTs), and scientific documentation.
- Junior Fellow (Botany/Agriculture): Ideal for Master’s degree holders interested in documenting Indigenous Traditional Knowledge (ITK).
3. Engineering & Rural Machinery
- Research Associate (Agri/Mech/Electronics): Requires M.E./M.Tech. Candidates will lead the design and development of rural machinery and the innovation incubation chain.
- Junior Fellow (Agri/Mech/Electronics): Entry-level engineering roles focusing on product development and field testing.

Important Terms & Conditions
- Tenure: Initially for two years, extendable based on performance.
- Location: Posting can be anywhere in India, often involving remote rural and tribal areas.
- Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates as per Central Government norms.
