Lincoln Pharma is hiring across three major R&D functions. Candidates should have specific experience in Solid, Semi-Solid, Injectable, or Oral Liquid formulations.

Detailed Job Scopes
1. Formulation Development (F&D)
- Focus: Developing robust formulations for global markets.
- Designations: Assistant Manager to Sr. Officer.
2. Packaging Development
- Focus: Creative and regulatory-compliant packaging solutions.
- Requirements: Candidates with specialized Packaging Certifications/Diplomas will be preferred.
3. Analytical Development (ADL)
- Routine Analysis: Handling various dosage forms and APIs.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Analytical Method Validation (AMV), Method Transfer, and Protocol preparation.
- Instrumentation: Hands-on experience with HPLC, UV Spectrophotometer, and Dissolution Apparatus.
