The research aims to apply scientific rigor to Nagaland’s traditional fermented meat products. For a Pharmacy or Food Tech graduate, this involves:
- Nutritional Profiling: Analyzing the chemical composition and bioactive compounds.
- Microbial Safety: Identifying beneficial probiotics versus potential pathogens.
- Standardization: Developing technological interventions to scale up production while maintaining traditional quality.

Eligibility Criteria
