The Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS), functioning under the Ministry of Defence, has announced recruitment for Pharmacists across multiple polyclinics. This is a prestigious opportunity for pharmacy professionals to serve in an organization headed by the Army Headquarters, specifically within the Southern regions of Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

Eligibility & Requirements
The ECHS follows strict recruitment norms similar to the Directorate General Resettlement (DGR).
- Qualification: B.Pharm OR 10+2 (Science) with a Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a PCI-recognized institute.
- Registration: Must be a Registered Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948.
- Experience: A minimum of three years of work experience is mandatory.
- Age Limit: Maximum 56 years.
- Salary: Fixed monthly remuneration of ₹36,500.
Selection & Interview Process
- Scrutiny: Applications will be screened based on qualifications and experience.
- Written Test: A written exam may be conducted if the number of applicants is high. Candidates should carry their own writing materials.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email or phone for the final interview at Station Headquarters, Thiruvananthapuram.
- Tenure: 12 months for ESM (Ex-Servicemen) and 11 months for civilians.

- Comprehensive Bio-data and Educational Certificates (10th to Final Year).
- Pharmacy Registration Certificate (with current renewal).
- Experience Certificates (arranged by seniority).
- Medical Fitness Certificate from a Medical Officer.
- Copy of Aadhar and PAN Card.
- For ESM: Full Discharge book and PPO.
- For ESM/Dependents: AWPO Registration Number.
