Detailed Key Responsibilities
The vacancies are distributed across three critical sub-departments of Quality Assurance:
1. Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA)
- Compliance Management: Oversight of laboratory Quality Management Systems (QMS) including Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), and laboratory events.
- Lab Investigations: Support for QC instrumentation issues and leading comprehensive lab investigations.
- Data Integrity: Ensuring strict adherence to data integrity protocols and conducting routine lab compliance rounds.
2. In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA)
- Manufacturing Oversight: Monitoring all IPQA activities during the manufacturing and packaging phases of injectables.
- Documentation Review: Reviewing and approving Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
- Audit Readiness: Handling deviations and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) to ensure the facility is always audit-ready.
3. Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Record Management: Managing change controls, deviations, and CAPA records within the global QMS framework.
- Training & Risk: Conducting GMP/QMS training sessions for staff and performing periodic quality risk assessments.
- Documentation: Maintaining all GMP/GDP (Good Documentation Practices) records to support internal and external audits.
