Fellows will be integrated into Global Program Teams, gaining hands-on experience in:
- Trial Strategy: Developing Clinical Trial Protocols (CTPs), informed consent forms, and data analysis plans.
- Data Integrity: Conducting medical and scientific reviews of clinical trial data alongside global experts.
- Safety Management: Preparing critical patient safety reports for Global Clinical Teams and Safety Boards.
- Regulatory Reporting: Contributing to final Clinical Study Reports (CSRs), publications, and internal presentations.
Who Should Apply?
Novartis is looking for curious, performance-driven individuals with the following profile:
- Education: A Master’s degree in Life Sciences, MD, or equivalent (bio)sciences completed within the last 2 years.
- Experience: Up to 2 years of experience, with a demonstrated interest in clinical research through university modules or internships.
- Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures and various levels of organizational hierarchy.
