NIPER SAS Nagar Recruitment: Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical)

The National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), SAS Nagar, has announced a high-level research opening funded by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). This project focuses on identifying biomarkers for cancer therapy response and overcoming drug resistance.

Project Details

Project Title: “LAMP3 and NRP1 as predictive biomarkers for PD-1 therapy-response in cancer and understanding the mechanisms of resistance development to design new strategies” (GP-497).
Supervising PI: Dr. Anamika Bose, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Pharmaceutical Technology Biotechnology (PTBT).
Tenure: Initially for 1 year, extendable up to a maximum of 3 years based on performance.

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification: First-class M.S. (Pharm.) / M. Pharm. / M. Tech. (Pharm.) or equivalent degree in Biotechnology / Pharmacology / Biochemistry.
Desirable Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Molecular Biology, Animal Experimentation, or In vitro research.
