The National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Ahmedabad, is inviting applications for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) / Project Associate-1 position. This fellowship is part of a high-impact research project funded by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) under its ARG Program.
The project focuses on a critical area of neurobiology: “Targeting Rab27a-Mediated Extracellular Vesicle Signaling and Microtubule Dynamics to Promote Functional Axonal Regeneration in Spinal Cord Injury.”

Eligibility Criteria
This opportunity is open to a wide range of science and engineering graduates.
- Essential Qualification:
- B.Pharm or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
- Alternatively: Four years Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Natural/Agricultural Sciences, BVSc, or Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology/Medicine.
- Desired Experience:
- Mammoth cell culture.
- Molecular biology techniques: qPCR, Western blotting, immunostaining.
- Extracellular vesicle isolation and characterization.
- Rodent handling and neurobiology models are beneficial.
- Data analysis and scientific writing.
