Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will oversee the end-to-end packaging lifecycle, ensuring that life-saving oncology medications reach global markets safely and securely.
- Development & Standardization: Standardize primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials.
- Regulatory Compliance: Prepare packaging specifications, SOPs, and documentation for audits (USFDA, EMA, etc.).
- Artwork & Design: Review and approve packaging artworks to ensure legal and medical accuracy.
- Technical Trials: Conduct packaging trials and manage scale-up from pilot to commercial production.
- Stability Studies: Collaborate with QA/QC to perform compatibility and stability testing of packaging materials.
- Operations: Handle change controls, deviations, investigations, and drive cost-optimization projects.
