Eligibility Criteria

Essential Education & Experience:

Master’s Degree: Preferably in Science, with 6 years of post-qualification experience in clinical data management, clinical research, IT, or healthcare data analysis.
OR Graduation: Preferably in Science, with 8 years of post-qualification experience in the same fields.

Desirable:

Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Applications, or Clinical Data Management.
Expertise in industry-standard CDMS (Clinical Data Management Systems).
Experience in CRF (Case Report Form) development and software validation.

Key Job Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Support the Head of Data Science in planning data management for clinical trials and contributing to grant applications/budgeting.
Database Lifecycle: Oversee data collection, validation, and database locking. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage technical documentation (Data Management Plans).
Technical Oversight: Manage a team including data managers, quality analysts, and data entry operators. Ensure data security on dedicated servers.
Quality Assurance: Implement statistical monitoring plans and root cause analysis for recurring technical issues.
Training: Develop SOPs and provide training to project managers and CRAs on data tools.
