BRIC-NABI (formerly CIAB), an autonomous institute under the Department of Biotechnology, is hosting a walk-in interview for a Senior Research Fellow position. The institute focuses on high-impact R&D in the agri-food sector, including biomass valorization and synthetic biology.
Position Overview
- Post: Senior Research Fellow (SRF) – 01 Position
- Emoluments: Rs. 42,000/- per month + HRA (or hostel facility).
- Age Limit: 32 Years (Relaxation applies per Govt. of India rules).
- Tenure: One year, extendable based on performance and funding.
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must meet both the educational and experience criteria:
- Academic: M.Sc. in Chemical Science, Biological Science, Biotechnology, or Physics.
- Mandatory Test: Must be NET / GATE qualified (or equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum two years of research experience specifically in biomass valorization.
