RPG Life Sciences Announces Mega Walk-In Drive for Ankleshwar Formulation Plant: Opportunities in QA, QC, Production, and Packing

ANKLESHWAR, INDIA – RPG Life Sciences, a premier integrated pharmaceutical company under the RPG Enterprises umbrella, has officially announced an extensive walk-in recruitment drive scheduled for April 19, 2026. The company is seeking to fill over 40 vacancies across its key manufacturing departments at the Ankleshwar-based Formulation facility.

As a research-driven organization with a significant footprint in Global Generics, Synthetic APIs, and Branded Formulations, RPG Life Sciences is looking for technical experts with experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing and exposure to international regulatory audits.

Departmental Vacancy Breakdown

1. Quality Control (QC) – 10 Vacancies

Role: Staff
Education: B.Sc / M.Sc
Experience: 2 to 10 years
Technical Focus: Candidates must be proficient in the analysis of Raw Materials (RM), Finished Products, and Stability samples. Expertise in operating high-end analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, AAS, and Dissolution apparatus is mandatory, alongside a strong grip on QMS documentation.

2. Quality Assurance (QA) – 06 Vacancies

Role: Staff
Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 2 to 10 years
Technical Focus: Seeking specialists in IPQA, QMS, Qualification & Validation, and Lab QA (AQA). Responsibilities include vendor management and batch release processes.

3. Production – 14 Vacancies

Role: Staff / Operator
Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, D.Pharm, or ITI
Experience: 1 to 6 years
Technical Focus: Hands-on experience in supervising and troubleshooting Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Capsule Filling machines is required.

4. Packing – 14 Vacancies

Role: Staff / Operator
Education: B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, D.Pharm, or ITI
Experience: 1 to 10 years
Technical Focus: Focused on Blister Packing and Liquid Manufacturing lines. Candidates must be skilled in machine troubleshooting and comprehensive documentation.
