Open Positions & Eligibility

1. Manufacturing – Experienced Operators

Qualification: Any Diploma or B.Sc.
Experience: 2 to 8 years in Injectables.
Skills: Expertise in Vial Filling, Washing, Capping, Sealing, Compounding, Terminal Sterilization, Visual Inspection, and Packing.
Must-Have: Solid understanding of GMP and experience in a USFDA regulated environment.

2. Manufacturing – Supervisors

Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc (Full-time) with 6–10 years OR B.Pharm with 8–12 years experience.
Skills: Experience in Upstream/Downstream Injectables manufacturing.
Competencies: Strong leadership, people management, decision-making, and deep knowledge of cGMP.

3. Manufacturing Compliance Roles

Qualification: M.Pharm (6–10 years) OR B.Pharm (8–12 years) experience.
Focus Area: Quality Management Systems (QMS) including Risk Management, Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, Investigations, and Audit/Inspection compliance.
Experience: Must have a background in Injectable Formulations.

4. Manufacturing – Senior Equipment Specialists (SES)

Qualification: B.Tech Mechanical.
Experience: 6 to 10 years in Pharma Injectables.
Focus Area: Equipment maintenance (Preventive & Corrective), reliability planning, and root cause analysis for equipment-related losses.
