The Nanded-Waghala City Municipal Corporation (NWCMC) has issued an official notification inviting applications for various healthcare positions on a contractual basis. These roles are funded under the National Urban Health Mission (NUHM) and the National Tuberculosis Elimination Program (NTEP).

Position Breakdowns and Eligibility
1. Pharmacist (NUHM)
- Vacancies: 01
- Educational Requirements: B.Pharma or D.Pharma.
- Mandatory Requirement: Valid registration with the Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council (MSPC).
- Monthly Salary: Rs. 17,000
- Upper Age Limit: 65 years.
2. Public Health Manager (NUHM)
- Vacancies: 01
- Educational Requirements: MBBS or other Medical Graduates (BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/B.P.B.Sc.). Alternatively, candidates with a B.Pharma degree combined with an MPH, MHA, or MBA in Healthcare Administration are eligible.
- Monthly Salary: Rs. 32,000
- Age Limit: 38 years for Open Category; 43 years for Reserved Categories.
3. Pharmacist (NTEP)
- Vacancies: 01
- Educational Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy.
- Preferred Skills: One year of experience in drug store management at a recognized hospital. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) is highly desired.
- Monthly Salary: Rs. 17,000
- Upper Age Limit: 65 years.
Selection Methodology
For these specific cadres, selection is purely merit-based and does not involve an interview. The score is calculated as follows:
- Core Qualification (50%): Half of the marks are derived from your final year percentage in your basic degree/diploma.
- Higher Education (20%): Additional weightage is given for advanced degrees in the relevant field.
- Experience (30%): Candidates earn 6 marks per year of experience in Government or Semi-Government sectors (maximum 30 marks).

Important Terms & Conditions
- Contract Nature: The initial appointment is for 6 months. Extensions depend on performance and government program approvals.
- Documentation: You must attach self-attested copies of all mark sheets (10th through Degree), identity proof, caste certificates, and experience certificates (including original appointment orders).
- Small Family Norms: Applicants must provide an affidavit regarding the number of children as per the 2005 Maharashtra Civil Services rules.
- Physical Fitness: Selected candidates over the age of 60 must provide a fitness certificate from the District Civil Surgeon.
