Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification: Ph.D. in Life Sciences.
Essential Experience: 2–3 years of relevant post-doctoral or research experience.
Desirable Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 research publications in SCI/SCIE indexed journals as the first author.
- Expertise in Molecular Biology (RT-PCR, Western blotting, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry).
- Experience in multicentric clinical or public health studies and biorepository management.
- Proficiency in cell culture, omics-based approaches, and data analysis tools like MetaboAnalyst.
- Willingness to travel extensively to various field sites.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management: Overseeing day-to-day lab and field operations, including human sample collection across four states.
Technical Coordination: Establishing field lab stations, training teams in blood sample processing, and maintaining the cold chain during transport.
Laboratory Oversight: Maintaining SOPs, ensuring QA/QC standards, and managing biosafety/biosecurity compliance.
Knowledge Management: Assisting in report preparation, academic publications, and finding dissemination through workshops.
