Career Path: Macleods Centre of Excellence
Selected candidates will not start as regular employees immediately but will undergo a structured progression:
- Internship: 3 months of induction at the Macleods Centre of Excellence.
- Stipend: Paid during the internship period.
- Placement: Upon successful completion, candidates will be placed as Trainees at one of the company’s manufacturing locations.
