| Component Prep & Autoclave | Executive / Sr. Executive | 5–8 Years | Autoclave operations, Filter integrity, and Glove Port integrity testing. |
| Production QMS | Executive / Sr. Executive | 5–8 Years | Investigations (OOS, Microbial excursions), Change Controls, and Risk Assessment. |

Mandatory Requirements
- Regulatory Background: Direct experience in USFDA or EU-approved manufacturing plants is strictly mandatory.
- Communication: Strong documentation and verbal communication skills. Technicians are expected to have a basic functional understanding of English.
