Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet one of the following educational and experience benchmarks:

Pharma/Doctoral Candidates: Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.) in Pharma, Science, Engineering, or Technology; OR MD/MS from a recognized university.
- Requirement: Must have at least one first-author peer-reviewed publication (PubMed/SCOPUS indexed).
Post-Graduate Candidates: Master’s Degree in Engineering or Technology with 2 years of R&D experience.
Graduate/Post-Graduate (Sciences): B.Pharm, Master’s in Natural/Agricultural Sciences, or Bachelor’s in Biotech/Medicine with 4 years of R&D experience.

Desirable Skills:

Expertise in mammalian cell culture and virus research.
Proficiency in protein expression, purification, and molecular biology techniques.
