The Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end Supplier and Vendor Quality Management activities, ensuring that all incoming materials and third-party services meet the highest global standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Management: Lead the qualification and management of suppliers, service providers, and material documentation.
- Risk & Compliance: Perform Quality Risk Assessments (QRA) for new and existing vendors and manage 3rd Party Risk Management (TPRM) tools.
- Documentation & Reporting: Draft Annual Monitoring and Certification reports, negotiate Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA), and prepare regulatory statements.
- Quality Control Support: Evaluate Supplier Change Notifications (SCN), prepare relevant APQR sections, and manage deviations or change control tasks.
- Audit Readiness: Provide comprehensive support for audit preparation (QARP/FURP) and oversee CAPA management.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with Service Delivery Teams (SDT) and stakeholders in the SIM approval process.
Candidate Profile
- Education: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc, or equivalent from a reputed university.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of pharmaceutical Quality experience, with a strong preference for candidates specialized in Supplier Quality Management.
- Skills: Basic project management skills and fluency in English (both written and spoken).
