Required Skill Sets

Manufacturing/Packing: Hands-on experience in OSD operations including Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule filling, and Blister Packing. Exposure to USFDA plants is preferred for Officer roles.
Quality Control: Expertise in Solid Oral Finished Product (FP) analysis, Stability, Instrumentation (HPLC/GC), and Analytical Method Validation.
Quality Assurance: Experience in Validation, Qualification, IPQA, Investigation, or Engineering QA within a USFDA regulated environment.
Warehouse: Proficiency in handling Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG) in a formulation plant.
