Eligibility Criteria
- Academic Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical, biological, mathematical sciences, or a related scientific field is required.
- Alternative Qualifications: Candidates with an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Management Leadership:
- Serve as a Data Operations Coordinator (DOC) for a specific clinical protocol involving a smaller team (under 5 operations staff, excluding DE).
- Manage 15+ moderately complex central laboratory studies; may serve as the primary leadership backup for the DOC or Data Team Lead (DTL).
- Technical & Process Support:
- Lead specific DM tasks under guidance (e.g., medical coding, database design, testing of programming that doesn’t require extensive coding).
- Conduct rigorous clinical data review, write/resolve data clarifications, and lead database audit teams.
- Documentation & Coordination:
- Develop and test databases and edit specifications.
- Maintain precise understanding and compliance with core operating procedures (SOPs) and working instructions.
- Establish and cultivate effective, professional working relationships with the multidisciplinary CDM team, managers, and clients.
