Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Senior Executive will handle crucial pharmacokinetic and bioequivalence study operations to support various regulatory submissions. Key responsibilities include:
- Study Designing & Literature Research: Conduct literature searches and design Bioavailability and Bioequivalence (BA/BE) studies for oral and non-oral products targeting different regulatory requirements.
- Protocol Review & PK Inputs: Review BA/BE study protocols, provide expert Pharmacokinetic (PK) inputs, and develop protocols for patient-based BA/BE and pharmacodynamic (PD) endpoint studies for complex generics.
- CRO Coordination: Coordinate with Contract Research Organizations (CROs) both in and outside India to finalize pilot and pivotal study protocols for DCGI BE applications.
- Data Analysis: Perform PK and statistical analysis on in-vivo data obtained from BA/BE and pharmacokinetic studies using Phoenix Software.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Education & Grade: Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Job Grade G11B.
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant tenure.
- Key Skills: Expertise in PK/PD data analysis, Phoenix Software proficiency, study design for BA/BE trials, and regulatory submission knowledge.
