Tamil Nadu Health Department Recruitment 2026: Dispenser (Pharmacist – Siddha) Post Under District Health Society

The District Health Society (DHS), functioning under the Department of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Department of Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy, and Medical and Rural Health Services, has issued an employment notification for the recruitment of a Dispenser (Pharmacist – Siddha) on a temporary contractual basis.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  • Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) OR Integrated Pharmacy Course.
  • Only certificates approved and issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu are considered valid for this engagement.
• General Guidelines:
  • Candidates currently serving in any government or semi-government department must furnish a valid relieving certificate / No Objection Certificate (NOC) when instructed.
  • A self-declaration affirming suitability, conduct, and fulfillment of eligibility conditions must accompany the application.

Application & Submission Process

Interested candidates have multiple submission pathways before the deadline:

1. Online Mode:
   • Eligible applicants can register and submit their applications via the official district portal: [https://ranipet.nic.in](https://ranipet.nic.in).
2. Offline Submission (Drop Box or Speed/Registered Post):
   • Download and fill the prescribed application form.
   • Affix 1 passport-size photograph to the application form and enclose 2 additional passport-size photographs.
   • Attach self-attested photocopies of:
     • Academic certificates and professional pharmacy qualifications
     • Community / Caste Certificate (if applicable)
     • Work experience certificates (if any)
     • Self-declaration form and other relevant documents

Important Instructions

• Closing Time: Complete physical applications or online submissions must be logged by 05:00 PM on 01 October 2026. Submissions received after the cutoff will be summarily rejected.
• Interview TA/DA: No Traveling Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be paid to candidates appearing for document scrutiny or personal interviews.
• Administrative Rights: The District Health Society administration reserves all rights to alter vacancy numbers or modify/cancel the selection drive at any point without prior notice.
