- Pay Matrix Level: Pay Level 11 (7th CPC)
- Number of Positions: 4 (UR-1, OBC-2, SC-1)
- Essential Qualification: MD or PhD or equivalent
- Experience Requirements: Relevant post-doctoral experience with high-quality peer-reviewed publications as both first and co-author. Product development scientists must demonstrate a strong track record in technology development, patents, and industrial commercialization.
- Age Limit: 35 years
- 2. Scientist E-II
- Pay Matrix Level: Pay Level 13 (7th CPC)
- Number of Positions: 2 (UR-1, SC-1)
- Essential Qualification: MD or PhD or equivalent
- Experience Requirements: Five years of post-doctoral experience with peer-reviewed high-quality publications as first and co-author. Product development candidates require proven technology development and patent commercialization records.
- Age Limit: 45 years
- 3. Scientist F
- Pay Matrix Level: Pay Level 13 A (7th CPC)
- Number of Positions: 2 (UR-1, OBC-1)
- Essential Qualification: MD or PhD or equivalent
- Experience Requirements: Eight years of post-doctoral experience with high-quality peer-reviewed publications as first and co-author. Product developers must exhibit outstanding achievements in technology transfer and industry collaborations.
- Age Limit: 50 years
Selection Procedure & Application Guidelines
- Multi-Tier Screening: The selection process includes a Level 1 Screening by an Institutional Screening Committee (ISC) for basic eligibility, followed by a Level 2 Screening by a Faculty Screening Committee (FSC) to review credentials, and final evaluations by the Scientist Selection Committee (SSC).
