
The Malabar Cancer Centre (MCC), an autonomous institution under the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Kerala, has announced an opening for the position of Resident Pharmacist. This role is integrated into the Clinical Research Unit (CRU), serving a vast population across Northern Kerala and neighboring states.
1. Position Overview
The Resident Pharmacist will be primarily responsible for clinical research-related pharmacy duties within the institute.

- D.Pharm Holders: Rs. 16,500/-
- B.Pharm Holders: Rs. 18,700/-
2. Eligibility & Tenure
- Qualification: Candidates must possess either a Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
- Nature of Appointment: Purely temporary and on a contract basis.
- Tenure: Initially for 179 days. This can be extended for a maximum period of 3 years (up to 6 tenures), subject to satisfactory performance.

4. Selection Procedure
The selection will be conducted at the Administrative Block, MCC (PGIOSR) and may include:
- Written Test/Online Test: To evaluate core subject knowledge.
- Interview: Including attitude, aptitude, personality, and practical assessment.
- Document Verification: Originals must be produced with self-attested copies at the time of the interview.
5. Important Guidelines for Applicants
- Photo Specifications: 150W x 200H pixels, JPG format, maximum size 30Kb.
- Communication: Candidates should check their email and the MCC website regularly for test/interview schedules. No separate physical letters will be sent.
- Experience Calculation: Experience is counted from the date the requisite qualification was obtained until the date of the notification.
- Disqualification: Any attempt to influence the selection process or provide false information will lead to immediate cancellation of candidature.
