- Duration: Initially 6 months (Extendable for the duration of Ph.D. based on performance and institute norms).
- Stipend: * Years 1 & 2: ₹37,000/- per month + HRA.
- Year 3 (Upon Upgradation): ₹42,000/- per month + HRA.
- Ph.D. Opportunity: Selected candidates will be encouraged to register for the Ph.D. program at IIT Indore.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualifications
Candidates must hold one of the following degrees with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD):
- B.Pharm (Pharmacy graduates with GATE/NET are eligible).
- BE / B.Tech / BS (4-year).
- M.Sc. / Integrated BS-MS.
- B.Sc. (Hons.) or equivalent.
2. Mandatory National Exams
- Must have qualified GATE or CSIR-NET.
3. Age Limit
- Maximum 28 years (Relaxation: 3 years for OBC; 5 years for SC/ST/PWD/Female candidates).
Job Scope
The role requires expertise in Geotechnical Engineering and monitoring systems. While the department is Civil Engineering, the project seeks “multi-talented” fellows capable of converging different scientific disciplines.
