Core Responsibilities
1. Production (Injectables)
- Aseptic Operations: Monitoring of Aseptic Areas, Environmental Monitoring, and Media Fill trials.
- Specialized Equipment: Operation of Lyophilizers (Freeze Dryers), Autoclaves, and BFS (Blow-Fill-Seal) technology.
- Process: Handling Infusion bag filling, vial washing, and solution preparation.
2. Quality Assurance (IPQA)
- Line Clearance: Managing clearance for Washing, Filling, and Sealing lines to prevent cross-contamination.
- Environmental Monitoring: Oversight of Grade A, B, C, and D cleanroom areas.
- Inspections: Conducting visual inspections and ensuring in-process quality standards are met.
