Departmental Requirements

1. Production Formulation (Softgel)

Manufacturing Expertise: Experience in gelatin and medicament preparation, specifically with PEG-based products and high-potent molecules.
Encapsulation: Hands-on experience with encapsulation methodology and troubleshooting.
Documentation: Proficient in SAP entries, QMS, and online documentation following cGMP/Schedule M guidelines.

2. Production Packaging (Softgel)

Machinery: Expertise in BQS Blister packing machines and secondary packaging troubleshooting.
Export Standards: Knowledge of online blister coding, palletization, and specific export packaging requirements.

3. Quality Assurance (Formulation & API)

Formulation QA: Responsible for shop floor line clearance, in-process activity monitoring, and sampling. Involvement in Process & Cleaning Validation (PVP/CVP).
API QA: Focus on reviewing BMR/BPR, managing Change Control, Deviations, and investigating OOS/OOT results.
Quality Reviews: Preparation of APQR (Annual Product Quality Review) and Risk Assessment reports.
