Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or a Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a recognized university or institute.
- Professional Registration: A valid, live registration with the Chhattisgarh Paramedical Council is mandatory.
- Domicile Status: The candidate must be a native/permanent resident of Chhattisgarh.
- Age Limit: Applicants must be between 18 and 64 years of age. A 10th standard board certificate/marksheet will serve as official proof of date of birth.
Selection Process & Merit Evaluation Criteria
Candidate selection will be executed through document scrutiny, followed by a test/interview round based on a 100-mark evaluation matrix:
- Academic Qualification (80 Marks / 80% Weightage): Evaluated proportionately from the qualifying pharmacy degree or diploma marks.
- Work Experience (Up to 10 Marks): Awarded at the rate of 2 marks for every completed year of relevant service, up to a maximum of 10 marks.
- Mandatory Verification: Only experience certificates from government, semi-government, autonomous bodies, public undertakings, or registered firms will be deemed valid. Candidates must submit their initial appointment order along with salary slips for the first three consecutive months to authenticate their claims.
- Interview / Skill / Written Test (10 Marks): Conducted on the same day. If applicant turnout is exceptionally high, candidates up to five times the total vacancy count will be shortlisted for this stage based on their merit standing.
Tie-Breaking Order: If two or more candidates obtain identical cumulative marks, priority is given first to the older candidate by date of birth, followed by the candidate with greater verified work experience.
