Pharmacist Position Open at Urban Primary Health Center, Kanyakumari

The District Health Association of Kanyakumari, under the National Health Scheme, is looking to fill a vacant Pharmacist position at the newly established Urban Primary Health Center in Peruvilai. This is a temporary, contract-based role.

Number of Vacancies: 1 (Preference will be given to candidates from Most Backward Classes and Scheduled Castes).
Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
Tenure: The contract is for 11 months or until the project’s implementation is completed, whichever comes first. The post is purely temporary and will not be made permanent.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be considered for the position, you must meet the following criteria:

Education:
- Must have passed the 12th grade with a science subject.
- Must hold a Diploma in Pharmacy or a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree.
Registration: Must be registered with the Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council, and your registration must be active.
Age Limit: You must not be more than 45 years old as of July 1, 2025.
Language: A working knowledge of Tamil is mandatory.
