Haryana State AIDS Control Society: Pharmacist Opening at Civil Hospital, Karnal

The Haryana State AIDS Control Society (HSACS) is inviting applications for the post of Pharmacist at the ART Center, Civil Hospital in Karnal. This is a contractual position lasting until March 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension based on performance and NACO guidelines.

Post: Pharmacist (General – 1)
Location: ART Center, District Civil Hospital, Karnal
Salary: A consolidated salary of ₹21,000 per month. No additional allowances are provided.
Tenure: Contractual, up to March 31, 2026, with potential for renewal.

Eligibility and Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or a Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute.
Registration: Must be registered with the State Pharmacy Council.
Experience: Diploma holders are required to have 3 years of experience.
Essential Skills: Good working knowledge of MS Office.
Residency: Must be a permanent resident of Haryana (a bonafide domicile certificate is required).
Language: Must have passed Hindi or Sanskrit up to the Matric level.
Age: Age will be determined as per the Haryana Government’s policy.

Application and Selection Process

The selection process is based on a scoring system, with marks given for qualifications, experience, and local residency.

Essential Qualification (30 marks): Calculated based on the percentage of marks obtained in your degree.
Relevant Work Experience (10 marks): 2 marks will be awarded for each completed year of relevant experience, up to a maximum of 10 marks. Experience in government, semi-government, or accredited private institutions will be considered.
Local Residency (10 marks): Candidates who are bonafide residents of Haryana will receive 10 marks. Applicants from other states will receive zero marks for this criterion.
