Amity University Invites Applications for Project Assistant Post in Pharmaceutical Research

Amity University, Haryana, is seeking applications for a Project Assistant to join a temporary research project. The project is funded by the Haryana State Council for Science, Innovation and Technology and aims to develop innovative quinazoline-derived compounds to alleviate neuropathic pain. The position is ideal for aspiring researchers in the fields of medicinal and organic chemistry.

Position Details

Post: Project Assistant
Number of Posts: 1
Salary: A consolidated monthly salary of ₹30,000.
Duration: This is a temporary, one-year position, with the possibility of extension until the project concludes, based on the candidate’s performance.
Essential Qualifications: You must have an M.Pharm or M.Sc. degree (with a minimum of 60% marks) in Medicinal Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or Applied Chemistry. Hands-on experience in the synthesis and characterization of heterocyclic compounds is mandatory.
Desirable Qualifications: Candidates with at least two publications in peer-reviewed journals will be given preference.
