- Location: Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital, Sangrur, Punjab.
- Salary: The post is at Pay Level 6, with a starting salary of ₹35,400 per month plus additional allowances.
- Age Limit: 30 years.
- Requirements: Candidates must hold a B. Pharm (with 3 years of experience) or a D. Pharm (with 5 years of experience) and be registered with a State Pharmacy Council. Experience in a hospital pharmacy with at least 200 beds is essential.
2. Scientific Assistant ‘B’
Multiple positions are available at Pay Level 6 with a starting pay of ₹35,400 per month and a maximum age of 30.
- Radiodiagnosis (1 Post – OBC): Requires a B.Sc. in Radiological Imaging Technology or an equivalent degree with a diploma in Medical Imaging Technology. A minimum of 1 year of experience in CT and MRI is necessary.
- Biochemistry (1 Post – UR): Requires a B.Sc. in Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or Biotechnology with a DMLT Degree/Diploma. Experience of 1-2 years in a medical laboratory is mandatory depending on the qualification.
- Cytopathology (1 Post – UR): A B.Sc. in Life Sciences, Microbiology, or a related field with a DMLT is required, along with 1-2 years of lab experience.
- Hematopathology (1 Post – UR): Requires a B.Sc. in Biological Sciences/Biotechnology with a DMLT or a B.Sc. MLT. Experience of 1-2 years in a busy Hematopathology Laboratory is a must.
- Microbiology (1 Post – UR): Requires a B.Sc. in Microbiology/Biotechnology with a DMLT or a B.Sc. MLT. One to two years of experience in a clinical Microbiology Department is essential.
- Molecular Pathology (1 Post – OBC): A B.Sc. in Biological Sciences or Biotechnology with a DMLT is needed, along with 1-2 years of experience in various lab settings.
- Pathology (1 Post – OBC): A B.Sc. in Life Sciences/Biotechnology with a DMLT or a B.Sc. MLT is required, with 1-2 years of working experience in a Pathology Laboratory.
