Indoco Remedies Walk-in Interview for Goa Facility

Indoco Remedies, a leading pharmaceutical company with USFDA and UKMHRA approvals, is conducting a walk-in interview for its Tablet Manufacturing Facility in Verna, Goa. The company is seeking experienced professionals to join its Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control (QC) departments.

Open Positions and Requirements

The company is hiring for multiple roles, with a preference for candidates who are willing to work in all shifts.

Quality Control Analysts (Tablet Formulation):
- Experience: 4 to 6 years
- Qualifications: M.Sc. or B.Sc.
- Job Profile: Analysts for HPLC/GC with experience in software like Chromeleon/Empower. Candidates should have sound knowledge of Good Chromatographic Practices and experience in troubleshooting instruments.
Production (Tablet Formulation):
- Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive:
  - Experience: 1 to 5 years
  - Qualifications: B.Pharm or M.Pharm
  - Job Profile: Experience in granulation, compression, capsule & coating of oral liquids. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in FDA-approved plants and machine exposure to Kilian, Sejong, Cadmach, FBD, FBE, and RMG.
- Officer / Sr. Officer – Packing:
  - Experience: 1 to 4 years
  - Qualifications: B.Pharm or M.Pharm
  - Job Profile: Experience in managing high-speed blister and bottle packing lines, handling Track and Trace systems, and coordinating shifts.
- Associate / Technician / Operator:
  - Experience: 1 to 4 years
  - Qualifications: D.Pharm
  - Job Profile: Experience in the operation of various machines for granulation, compression, coating, and packing.
Quality Assurance (QA) (Tablet Formulation):
- QA – QMS:
  - Experience: 5 to 6 years
  - Qualifications: B.Pharm or M.Pharm
  - Job Profile: Experience in handling QMS activities, including change controls, deviations, CAPA, and SOP preparation/review in a regulatory plant.
- QA – IPQA:
  - Experience: 7 to 9 years
  - Qualifications: B.Pharm or M.Pharm
  - Job Profile: Experience in IPQA activities such as line clearance, sampling, batch record review, and batch release in a regulatory plant.
- QA – Section Head (QMS & IPQA):
  - Experience: 10 to 15 years
  - Qualifications: B.Pharm or M.Pharm
  - Job Profile: Team lead experience in handling investigation, audit compliance, and batch release activities in a regulatory plant.
