Key Skills and Responsibilities
1. IPQA Quality Assurance (Officer to Sr. Executive)
- Skills: Responsible for all In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities.
- Responsibilities: Plant rounds, online BMR review, line clearance, sampling of APIs, analytical data review, support for batch release, and APQR preparation to ensure cGMP compliance.
2. Validation Quality Assurance (Assistant Manager to Manager)
- Skills: Overseeing all validation activities.
- Responsibilities: Includes equipment qualification, process validation, cleaning validation, and utility/system validation, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards and site procedures.
3. Quality Control (Assistant Manager to Deputy Manager)
- Skills: Ensuring the integrity, compliance, and accuracy of QC operations.
- Responsibilities: Handling OOS/OOT investigations, batch release, documentation review, mentoring the QC team, and driving continuous improvement and adherence to GLP, cGMP, and regulatory standards.
4. IPQA Quality Assurance (Apprentice Trainee)
- Skills: Good communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and basic knowledge of cGMP.
- Note: Willingness to learn IPQA activities is preferred. Only male candidates can attend the walk-in for this specific Trainee post.
