🎓 Essential & Desirable Eligibility
Candidates must possess a national-level qualification and relevant postgraduate degree to be considered.
Essential Qualification (Mandatory)
- NET/GATE qualification or any other national eligibility test is mandatory.
- AND one of the following postgraduate qualifications:
- Post Graduate in Pharmacology (M.Pharm./M.SÂ Pharm.).
- OR Post Graduate (M.Sc.) in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Physiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or any other relevant discipline + 2 years of research experience.
Desirable Qualification (Preference)
- Post Graduate in Pharmacology with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Experience in Physiology and Pharmacology Invivo studies (animal models) will be preferred.
🔬 Job Description & Research Focus
The SRF will be responsible for a wide array of activities critical to pre-clinical drug evaluation, focusing on Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) models:
- Pre-clinical Investigations: Development and handling of small laboratory animals (Mice and Rat) for in-vivo toxicity and efficacy analysis.
- Molecular Investigations: Handling and analysis of biological samples for molecular studies.
- Cell Culture: Performing in-vitro cell culture work, including primary Hepatic cells and Organoids.
- Pharmacokinetics/Pharmacodynamics: Conducting Pharmacodynamics and Pharmacokinetics analysis of Natural/Herbal/Ayurvedic compounds.
- Reporting: Data compilation, analysis, and writing of the project report and manuscripts.
