🎓 Essential Qualifications and Experience

This position requires a significant combination of high academic achievement and extensive experience in biomedical/health research.

Essential Qualifications

Masters Degree with a Ph.D. from a recognized University in any of the following subjects:
- Pharma & Chemistry: Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Toxicology.
- Biotech & Life Sciences: Biochemistry, Biology/Bio Science, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Microbiology, Virology, Genetics/Medical Genetics, Entomology/Medical Entomology, Zoology, Botany, Bio-Informatics.
- Social & Allied Sciences: Anthropology, Sociology, Social work, Food & Nutrition, Economics (specialization in Health Economics), Psychology, Biostatistics/Statistics, Public Health.
- Clinical: Any clinical subject (Internal medicine, Surgery, Paediatrics, Community Medicine, etc.) or any other relevant subject in Medicine/Bio-Medical Sciences.

Essential Experience

10 Years of experience in Research & Development related to Biomedical Sciences, relevant to the job requirements, in a Govt/Public sector/Private Institution.
- This experience must include 2 Years of Managerial Experience.

Experience Equivalence Notes:

Ph.D. degree is considered equivalent to 4 years of experience.
MD/MS or equivalent is considered equivalent to 3 years of experience.
MVSc is considered equivalent to 2 years of experience.
MPH/M.Tech/ME will NOT be considered as any experience.

Desirable Experience

Specific experience in Maternal, Child Health & Nutrition.
