Job Description & Core Responsibilities
This role involves conducting comprehensive literature searches and analysis to ensure product safety and compliance across multiple functional areas.
- Literature Search & Strategy: Develop and execute targeted literature search strategies to support critical documents like Clinical Evaluation Reports (CERs), State of the Art (SotA) reviews, and Safety and Performance assessments.
- Regulatory Support: Conduct annual queries for both clinical and nonclinical reports in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs.
- Safety & Complaints: Provide literature support for Medical Safety and Complaint Intake. Summarize and analyze reported adverse events and complaints from publications to identify new risks and ensure they are added to the appropriate tracking systems.
- Process Compliance: Execute all process activities strictly in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Global Collaboration: Collaborate effectively across global time zones to support international operations and ensure adherence to all corporate compliance guidelines.
- Data Integrity: Review data entry and follow-up documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
